If you need a Spanish NIE number for a car or house purchase, or for any other reason, contact Armstrong Villas for more information on our quick and easy application process.

We can collect you from your hotel or Spanish residence and take you to the central police station where our interpreter will guide you through the application process and present the necessary documentation to the officials. One of our employees will then return to the police station when the NIE is ready, make payment and deliver the official NIE document to you.

The application process, from start to finish, can be done within 2 days, but we recommend that you allow at least a week. Please remember that you cannot buy a Spanish property without an NIE number.
