The Golf Course

Designed by the renowned North American landscape architect, Cabell B. Robinson, the designer of internationally recognized golf courses such as La Reserva in Sotogrande, Finca Cortesín on the Costa del Sol, Praia d´El Rey in Portugal and Royal Golf d´Evian in France.

In Cabell’s own words, “my ultimate target as a landscape architect is for the course to form an integral part of the existing landscape... A unique feature of this course is that it runs through a valley between hills high enough to give it privacy and isolate it from its surrounding area”.

The golf course extends across the valley between the hills, adapts to the unusual lie of the land and blends naturally into the landscape. The width of its fairways, the design of its extensive undulating greens, and the numerous tees at each hole give it great versatility and mean that it is suitable for professional competitions, while also offering any player a pleasant, enjoyable and affordable game.

In addition to its par 71 18-hole championship course is a full range of amenities around the Club House, with a golf academy, a driving range of natural lawn, a putting green and an approach area.

The Golf Academy

The Golf Academy at Las Colinas will provide one of the finest learning experiences to be found anywhere in the world. We pride ourselves in offering some of the best practice facilities which include a beautifully manicured natural grass hitting area, a large putting green, a short game area where you can practice a variety of different shots, your own pyramid of complimentary top quality TaylorMade practice balls and the latest ultra high speed video analysis technology, meaning that the golf swing can be seen in more detail than ever before.

Directed by Head PGA Professional Robert Mitchell, it will provide top quality golf coaching to golfers of all ages and abilities. We are confident that our expansive coaching philosophy, which isn´t solely limited to swing technique, enables us to help all golfers improve their scores and enjoyment of this wonderful game.

The two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses at Las Colinas Golf and Country Club have communal areas with pools and private gardens on the ground floors and extensive terraces on the upper floors. In addition, they all have a car park and a storeroom.

The two-bedroom apartments have a built suface area of property with communal areas of around 80 m² with terraces ranging from 18 m² to 40 m² in size. The three-bedroom apartments have a built suface area of property with communal areas of between 108 and 120 sq. metres and have terraces ranging from 20 m² to 80 m².

All of the semi-detached villas at Las Colinas Golf and Country Club have three bedrooms and there is a choice between single-storey homes – Perdiz villa – and two-storey housing – Abejaruco villa.

They form little communities with a communal area with a pool. All of them have a private garden.

Perdiz Villa - from 365,000 Euro

The Perdiz Villa has a living space of approximately 98 sq. metres on one floor and three bedrooms.

The semi-detached Perdiz villas have a porch, terraces, a private garden of up to 500 sq. metres and one parking space. They form part of communities with a communal area and a pool.

Abejaruco Villa - from 490,000 Euro

The semi-detached Aberajuco villas share a communal area and a pool with a small number of other detached and semi-detached villas.

The majority of them overlook the golf course and they have three bedrooms, several terraces and porches, a private garden of up to 500 sq. metres and two parking spaces. The houses have an area of approximately 135 sq. metres.

Las Colinas Golf & Country Club is something different.
